pigz and pbzip2 – it’s time to evolve!

Recently I have discovered two new (at least for me) utilities: – pigz – Parallel gzip – pbzip2 – Parallel bzip2 I’m using gzip and bzip2 from ages, and also multiple processors and multiple cores, so why don’t use multi-threading compression utilities?
